Another College Sells Its FM Station


In recent years, institutions of higher learning with student-run radio stations that have either fallen out of disinterest with those seeking a degree at the school or have simply become too costly for the school to maintain have sold their noncommercial FMs.

Add a community college in Western New York to the list of colleges that will soon shed its 880-watt Class A facility — to a religious institution expanding again.
